New investment in MX Technologies Inc.

In January 2021, we, DG Daiwa Ventures, Inc. subscribed for a third party allocation of new shares in MX Technologies Inc., a Utah-based company that provides financial institutions with software to support the development of a personal financial management (PFM) tool that allows users to manage their financial accounts across the board.
MX Technologies supports the DX of financial institutions across the board, from data integration and analysis to utilization, and has already been introduced to a number of major financial institutions in the United States.
