We, DG Daiwa Ventures Inc., subscribed for a third-party allocation of new shares in ClipLine, Inc.
ClipLine provides productivity improvement tools using video for businesses with multiple branches. Digitalization of multi-branch business has been an industry challenge, and ClipLine will be the one to help improve in productivity and efficiency of branch operation with their product.
