New Investment in THIRD inc.

We, DG Daiwa Ventures Inc., subscribed for a third-party allocation of new shares in THIRD inc.

THIRD is challenging to reform the real estate management market, which remains labor intensive with paperwork and spaces for DX by using AI.

THIRD develops software called “Kanri-Roid” which can reduce the worker’s time spent on recording/reporting  and is becoming a core software for real estate management companies.
