New Investment in Nudge Inc.

We, DG Daiwa Ventures Inc., subscribed for a third-party allocation of new shares in Nudge Inc.
Nudge aims to be a challenger bank which originated in Japan with the mission of “creating the financial experience of the future”. They offer in-house credit cards that can be created from a single card for creators, sports teams, and other communities that have fans.
