Additional investment in Idein Inc.

In October 2020, we, DG Daiwa Ventures, Inc. are pleased to announce that we have made an additional investment in Idein Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Idein”). Idein has raised 2 billion yen in this strategic round.
Idein is a start-up with a high level of technology that has achieved an acceleration of deep learning inference on inexpensive general-purpose devices, which is unparalleled in the world. Idein has developed Actcast, an edge AI platform based on this technology, and provides services to developers and business companies that develop, introduce and utilize practical AI/IoT systems.
