New investment in Cryptact Ltd

In December 2020, we, DG Daiwa Ventures, Inc. subscribed for a third party allocation of new shares in Cryptact Ltd, a provider of “automatic profit and loss calculation for crypto assets” and “investment SNS” services.
In addition to being a leader in the area of crypto-asset profit and loss calculation tools, Cryptact Ltd is developing services that contribute to improving financial literacy and expanding the investment population through its investment SNS, “idea-book”, business.
